      Rated 4 out of 5�by Only one issue We love this cable to integrate to the AVAYA phones. However, the worst part is the little microphone for listening to the ringer. Honesly, isn't there anyway this can be done without needing this part? When someone changes phones they have to pry off this piece and then the adhesive is gone and it will no longer stick to the phone. It's a major flaw of the design. August 19, 2013
